Lane Kiffin might need to start using Uber or Lyft from now on.
The Alabama offensive coordinator had been talking to reporters after his team defeated Clemson in the College Football Playoff championship on Monday when he realized the Crimson Tide buses had left him behind, according to USA Today.
ESPN's John Hayes tweeted footage of a reporter trying to talk to Kiffin after he had been left behind.
It seems that Kiffin eventually found a ride home, tweeting a picture from aboard a bus early Tuesday morning.
This isn't the first time that Kiffin's had bad luck with bus transportation after football games. In 2013, when he was coach of the University of Southern California Trojans, Kiffin was fired upon his arrival at Los Angeles International Airport after his team lost 62-41 to Arizona State, where the team bus left without him, according to InsideUSC.
Kiffin, though, was in good spirits when talking to reporters about his infamous firing before Monday's championship game.
