Red Cross volunteers needed for flood recovery efforts in Merced County

The American Red Cross is offering assistance to those impacted by the widespread flooding in Merced County.

Volunteers are helping people by offering shelter, food and emotional support.

The Red Cross plans to be in Merced County for weeks as residents recover from the storms.

No prior experience is needed to be a volunteer.
