Officers responded to a house in the 4000 block of North Cecilia Avenue in Northwest Fresno.
Officers say they got a domestic violence call at the home. When they arrived, they found the woman suffering from non-life threatening wounds.
Officers say the live-in boyfriend stabbed the woman. Her teenage child was also stabbed when he tried to intervene.
Police arrested the man down the street from the stabbing.
