Former President Carter walked up and shook the hands of both George H. W. Bush and Barbara Bush, but he walked past bill and Hillary Clinton without a word.
President Carter disputes there was any snub. A spokesperson says that earlier in the day, Mr. Carter had spent half an hour talking to the Clintons.
The two ex-presidents have reportedly had a frosty relationship dating back to the 1980 Election.
