The weekend also included flight demonstrations for the crowds on the ground, and some even got the chance to go up in the air.
David Sorge, who rode in bi-plane said, "It was pretty crazy. Got to go up, saw all the high schools. I thought someone had a go-cart track in their front of their house and it ended up being a football field. It's pretty crazy up there."
David Sorge's father in law surprised him with a ride in a bi-plane. Sorge said it was quite an experience, because it was a tiny cockpit, and you could really feel the wind in your face.
