A website that features a book written by Michael Jackson's mother is being sued by the singer's estate for copyright violations. The estate filed a lawsuit on Thursday against businessman Howard Mann, who operates the website www.jacksonsecretvault.com.

The website sells a book of recollections of the pop superstar by his mother.

The estate asks a federal judge to turn the website over to the singer's estate and turn over its profits and pay unspecified damages.
