FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Blue Man Group concert was disrupted Thursday night after a water pipe burst at the Saroyan Theatre.

Video sent in by an ABC30 viewer showed heavy streams of water falling from the ceiling as people walked out of the venue.

Broadway Across America officials say 18 minutes into the performance the pipe burst above the orchestra.

Fresno Fire says the building was evacuated as a precaution and that water had been shut off to stop the massive leak.

According to fire officials, the water from the pipe was used for toilets and sinks but was not sewage water.

The theatre is currently in the process of contacting independent companies to fix the pipe and are sending in crews to clean up the mess.

Broadway Across America released this statement to address the cancelation of the concert and the refund process:

Refunds are issued in the same method of payment in which you purchased. Season subscribers, group purchasers, and ticket holders who purchased through Ticketmaster.com and Ticketmaster's phone line will receive a refund from their point of purchase in three business days. No action item is needed to receive your refund. If you purchased your tickets at the Fresno Convention Center box office, please bring your tickets to the box office and we will issue you your refund through the same method of payment used.
