Tower District favorite 'Chicken Pie Shop' will close its doors

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The iconic "Chicken Pie Shop" located in the Tower District will close after more than 70 years in business, restaurant owners confirm.

A flood of loyal customers came by Tuesday to get their very last meal.

Owner Gary Ross says he is retiring to spend more time with his family.

The last day of operation is this Sunday, March 31.
