FRESNO, Calif. -- All eyes are on downtown Fresno this morning as city officials get ready for the Fulton Mall ground breaking.
City leaders and business owners will celebrate the big change coming to the mall Thursday afternoon.
This is a big day for Downtown Fresno. Fulton Mall was first deemed a pedestrian mall in 1964, but once this project is complete, two way traffic will return to this section of Fulton Street.
Groundbreaking starts Thursday afternoon at 4 p.m. and the project is expected to cost $20 million.
