Man hospitalized after being hit by train in downtown Fresno

A man is in the hospital after being hit by a Union Pacific train in downtown Fresno.

It happened after midnight at Mono and G Street.

Police have not said what led to the incident.

The man is being treated at a nearby hospital with moderate injuries.

The train is running once again.
