FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A new Miss California was crowned in Downtown Fresno on Saturday night.
Miss Yosemite Valley Marina Inserra took home the title at the Saroyan Theatre. She beat out 51 other young women for the crown and a $12,000 scholarship.
Inserra is originally from San Diego and is running on the platform of breast cancer awareness. She will now move on and represent California in the Miss America pageant in September.
