FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Justine Nelson is accused of having sexual relations with an 8th grade student in her classroom at Tenaya Middle School.

On Thursday, she pleaded not guilty to all three counts of sex crimes.

The victim was an eighth grader at the time and has now moved on to high school. Officials say he posted nude photos of Nelson on social media where several students saw the pictures. That is when a vice principal in the school district contacted police.

When detectives interviewed Nelson, they say she admitted to the inappropriate relationship.
