Mendota police chief on paid administrative leave

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The city manager of Mendota tells Action News that Police Chief Jerry Galvin has been placed on paid administrative leave due to a pending personnel issue.

A temporary interim police chief is now in place.
