Patient killed in Skylife helicopter crash identified

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Authorities have released the identity of the fourth person who was killed in the Medeflight helicopter crash in Kern County on Thursday.

The Kern County Sheriff's Office said the victim was identified as 40-year-old Kathryn Ann Brown of Springville, California.

The helicopter crashed on Thursday night in McFarland, California, killing all four people on board. The three others killed in the crash have been identified as pilot Thomas Hampl, paramedic Kyle Juarez, and nurse Marco Lopez.
