Sheriff's deputy unhurt in Fresno hit-and-run crash

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno police are investigating a hit-and-run involving a sheriff's deputy.

The crash happened Thursday evening in Downtown Fresno, on M Street between Tulare and Fresno. No one was hurt, and police have released very few details.

Witnesses say someone was traveling in the wrong direction, when they hit a FAX bus then hit the deputy's vehicle. The suspect lost a tire before driving away.

Police say they have arrested the suspected driver.
