Tulare County Sheriff's Office investigate "suspicious death" in overnight crash

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Tulare County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal collision that occurred in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Deputies were called to the area of Road 80, south of Avenue 184 near Tulare around 1:15 a.m.

When they arrived on scene, they discovered a man laying dead in the roadway.
