The Post Office is busy as Christmas shipping deadlines approach

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Christmas is less than a week away, and if you haven't shipped off your gifts to family and friends who live outside the Valley, you still have time.

This weekend is expected to be very busy for local postal workers.

Deadlines for holiday shipping:

- First Class and Priority mail: December 20th

- Priority Mail Express: December 23rd
