EUGENE, Ore. -- A woman has been arrested in Eugene after a construction worker says he lifted the lid of a portable toilet and saw her down below.
The Register-Guard reports Treasure Dawn Shockey ran when police tried to talk to her Saturday morning. Eugene police say a female told them she saw the 27-year-old Shockey run through her yard and climb a fence onto Eugene Swim and Tennis Club property.
About 20 minutes later, a construction worker told police he had lifted the lid of a port-a-potty and had been surprised to see her there.
Shockey exited the restroom and was arrested by police on two warrants for identity theft.
