FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Traffic is flowing again into Yosemite National Park from the Mariposa County entrance.

Highway 140 in El Portal was opened back up on Thursday after mudslides from heavy rain on Tuesday closed it down. Three cars were trapped in the mud, but no one was injured.

The area is well known for rock and mudslides when severe weather hits.
