The first hold-up happened at the Payless Store on Tulare Avenue in southeast Fresno back in April. The most recent robbery was at a Payless on Kings Canyon Boulevard on Tuesday.
Orozco was convicted of robbing the same store back in May of 2006. He was out of prison and on parole for that robbery.
In both cases store employees say the robber held up the clerk and got away on a small bicycle.
