The Mobile Health Unit staff will provide immunizations, tuberculosis skin tests and a limited number of physical examinations. The Healthy Smiles dental van will be available to provide dental screenings for students entering kindergarten. All kindergarten students must have a dental screening by a dental professional by May 31, 2010.
A parent or guardian must accompany children in order to receive services and must bring their children's shot record. Parents also can make an appointment for physicals, immunizations and TB skin tests at the Fresno Unified Health Center at 3058 N. Millbrook Ave. To make an appointment: (559) 248-7382.
