Investigators say a 16-year-old girl was riding in a car with an 18-year old man when their car crossed into the path of a semi-truck on Jensen. The car hit the truck, killing the girl. The driver of the car was taken to Community Regional Medical Center.
The driver of the semi-truck was not injured.
Investigators aren't sure what caused the crash, but say alcohol or drugs do not appear to be a factor.
