Video posted online Wednesday shows a two-year-old girl running outside, but she appears to be a stick figure because of glowing lights attached to her outfit.
Her dad posted this video. He says he plans to post more images of his daughter in different locations.
This isn't the first time he's filmed people wearing LED lights.
Earlier this month, he posted a clip of people wearing grown up sized versions of the suit, snowboarding in the dark.
