Fresno Fire sends 14 to Hospital

Firefighters spent the night battling a house fire in west central Fresno that sent 14 people, including babies, to a hospital.It happened around 7:30 Sunday night at Belmont near Fruit. No one was home at the time.

Firefighters saw smoke in the front of the home and quickly brought the fire under control. Firefighters say there is extensive damage inside the house.

Fourteen people including babies who lived nearby were taken to a hospital to be checked out for smoke inhalation.
