Officers along with federal agents arranged to buy 10 pounds of crystal meth at a house near Belmont and Academy. But when undercover officers arrived, they heard a gunshot and ran for cover.
Officers arrested 32-year-old Matthew Bloom but 4 others managed to get away.
Just after nightfall, infrared cameras helped officers find another suspect hiding in a tree near the Fancher Creek Canal.
Residents in the area were evacuated during the ten hour search. The other suspects are still on the loose.
