Expedia customers could get $123 million

Expedia is accused of charging excessive amounts and bundling together hotel charges called "tax recovery charges" and "service fees."

This is complex. Not all hotel charges are being rebated, but the period being litigated is from January 10, 2001, through June 11, 2008.
