Deadly Hit and Run in Terra Bella

FRESNO, Calif. The highway patrol said the victim was walking on Orange Belt Drive near Avenue 100 when David Chay smashed into him. He died there on the scene.

Investigators said Chay took off and dumped the car, but they tracked it down nearby and that led them to Chay.
