The man's friends say he was about to get into his car when another car pulled up, and someone shot him. No arrests have been made.

FRESNO, Calif. Officers pulled the car over at Tulare and Cedar. Inside were a man who had been shot and two other people. He was taken to the hospital. His condition has not been released.
