Animal control officers found Bow last month in a bucket of water - near death.
The SPCA nursed Bow back to health.
Monday morning nearly a dozen people showed up to the raffle for the pup.
Including the winners Lynne Smith and her granddaughter Ashlyn.
Bow replaces 9-year-old Ashlyn Smith's dog who died last week.
She says she's excited to have the new puppy.
