The first occurred at the McDonalds on Olive Avenue
Police say a man waited in line then when he was next to order, jumped over the counter, ordered the clerk to give him money then took off.
Police say a few hours later the Jack-in-the-Box a few miles away on V Street was hit.
The suspect walked up to the counter, demanded cash, but took the entire cash box when the clerk took too long.
Police do not believe the two incidents are related and no one was hurt in either incident.
