Family members say he is a 19 year old Chowchilla resident. They called authorities around 4:30 p.m. on Sunday. Cal Fire Crews and Fresno County Sheriff's deputies quickly responded to the Kings River at Winton Park to look for the teen. Relatives and deputies say he did not know how to swim very well and that he was with another teen who is not a strong swimmer. Authorities are still searching for the 19-year-old.
