The three boys left their foster home around 2 a.m. on Tuesday. Xavier Felix is 8-year-old, Jacob Felix is 10, and the oldest brother, James, is 15-years-old.
Investigators say the boys have contacts with people in both Parlier and Orange Cove. Police say they are even more concerned because they have now been missing more than 24 hours.
