The chain reaction crash happened shortly after 5 p.m. at the intersection of Ashlan and West. Four cars were stopped at a red light when the driver of a gold Infiniti tried unsuccessfully to drive in between all of them at a high rate of speed.
A total of seven people were injured including children and adults. The injuries ranged from minor to moderate. Part of the intersection was closed while the crash was cleaned up.
It is unknown if the Initial driver will face any charges.
