Fresno police officers arrived at the scene on the corner of Saginaw Way and Diana Street after 7 a.m. following several calls about shots fired. They found a weapon and a trail of blood that led to a nearby urgent care office.
Authorities say the victim is hospitalized in critical condition.
There is no word on a motive, but police are investigating reports that the shooter and the victim are related.
