Both Steve Starcher and Douglas Bowman claim to be the club's true leaders. Tensions escalated last week when Fresno police were called in to throw everyone out of the club.
On Friday, a judge ruled in favor of a restraining order filed by Starcher. Under the order, Bowman cannot carry a gun on club property, or harass other members. The judge also required the club to freeze most of the organization's assets -- except day-to-day expenses -- until a final resolution is reached.
Separate court dates will be set to determine who is the rightful president.
