ATWATER, Calif. (KFSN) -- One of Atwater's most historic monuments is celebrating a centennial makeover.
The water tower along Cedar Avenue has been re-painted with the city's name being colored in black and gold.
Local leaders say those colors pay tribute to the town's 100th anniversary.
