Concrete spill causes headaches for drivers on Highway 41 in Central Fresno

According to Caltrans, a concrete spill has closed two lanes on Northbound Highway 41 near McKinley.
Officials just announced that the lanes have been reopened but that drivers should be aware of residual traffic.
