Sheriff to seek charges against Durham protestors who pulled down Confederate statue

DURHAM, North Carolina -- Durham County Sheriff Mike Andrews said Tuesday his office will seek charges against protestors who pulled down a Confederate statue outside the old courthouse Monday evening.
