Texas DWI suspect wears memorable shirt in mug shot

TEMPLE, Texas -- It's a serious charge, but a suspect's mug shot had lawmen laughing, reports KBTX in Bryan-College Station.

Luciano Gutierrez was arrested Thursday and charged with his ninth DWI, reports KBTX. The T-shirt he was wearing when he took his mug shot read, "Warning: I do dumb things."

Because of the number of drunk driving offenses, this latest one was a felony.

Bond was set at $25,000.
