Preparations underway for Fresno Food Expo
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- We're bringing you a taste of the valley Wednesday where preparations are underway for this year's Fresno Food Expo.
It's an exclusively regional trade show that is in its 6th year.
The expo allows local food growers, producers, brewers and wine makers to market their products. This year, the event will feature more than 150 exhibitors and nearly 1,000 buyers.
Buyers will pick their favorites to win the Buyers Choice Award Wednesday. You can participate too online by voting for your favorite products for the People's Choice Award that will be announced at the expo.
This year will feature live cooking demos, the Fresno Food Expo is Thursday, July 28 from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the Fresno Convention and Entertainment Center.
Tickets are $50 and available online.
