'Taco Truck Throwdown' attracts thousands to Chukchansi Park

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Chukchansi Park was taken over by taco lovers at the 4th annual "Taco Truck Throwdown."

More than 13,000 people came out for some tacos and some baseball on Thursday. Trucks from all over the Central Valley parked along the stadium, giving people a chance to vote on their favorites. A panel of judges also got to weigh in, including Action News reporter Amanda Venegas.

Tacos were about $2 each. The truck that came out on top this year -- as both the judges' choice and fans' choice -- was "La Elegante."

Unfortunately, the Grizzlies lost to the Oklahoma City RedHawks, 7-3.
