Fowler police sergeant passes away from COVID-19 complications

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A 14-year veteran with the Fowler Police Department has passed away from COVID-19 complications.

The department says that Sgt. Arthur Duron passed away on Wednesday.
