FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- A workshop is being held Tuesday in Fresno, aiming to help residents save money and water during our drought crisis. The California Energy Commission is holding the event.

The agency is seeking input on a new water energy technology rebate and grant program in response to Gov. Jerry Brown's executive order to cut water use. Participants can comment on aspects of the program, including benefits for disadvantaged communities, rebate levels and eligible technologies.

The workshop takes place at Fresno City Hall from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Click here for more information.
