Inmate found dead in Tulare County jail

Detectives are investigating the death of a 71-year-old inmate inside the Tulare County jail.

Correctional deputies found the man dead in his cell Friday afternoon. Violent crimes detectives say he had a cellmate, but they're waiting for an autopsy to determine exactly how the man died.

They're also not revealing the man's identity until they notify his family.
