1 person killed in crash in Fresno County

FOWLER, Calif. (KFSN) -- A woman died Thursday night after her car was hit by a semi-truck in Fresno County. It happened around 4:30 p.m. in the area of Manning and Clovis.

Investigators said the woman was driving northbound on Clovis when she either ran the stop sign or didn't see the truck when see entered the intersection and was hit on the driver's side.

The woman was transported to the hospital where she later died.

The driver of the semi wasn't hurt and no arrests have been made.

The crash is still under investigation.
