Hiker found dead in Yosemite Valley

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- An investigation is underway after a hiker died in Yosemite Valley.

It happened around midday on Friday. At this point, the parks service has yet to release the cause of death or identify the victim.

It's also unclear whether officials have been able to recover the body due to the severe weather.
