Valley car enthusiasts give back to community

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The Deutschlanders VW Club had its annual turkey run to the Fresno Rescue Mission Sunday morning.

The members met at the Winco in northwest Fresno to buy food before loading it up into eighteen different classic Volkswagen cars.

They say they donated $600 in food to the rescue mission. This is the seventh year for the turkey run, which always takes place right before Christmas.
