FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- Fresno football legend Ickey Woods has signed thousands of autographs since his time at Edison High School, but none may be more valuable than this one.
The former Cincinnati Bengal whose touchdown celebration known as the Ickey Shuffle became NFL legend is a small part of a family legal battle over his grandparents' property.
In court documents obtained by Action News, Woods claims a 2.5% stake of their home in southwest Fresno, not far from Edison.
Eight of Woods' aunts and uncles, as well as his three siblings, all want to sell the property - which is valued at just under $100,000 by the real estate assessing website Zillow.com.
But a single uncle, who owns a 10% stake in the property, does not want to sell.
Ickey Woods and the other family members are suing to make the sale go forward and Woods signed his name to the lawsuit filed on their behalf.
