California's water equation is quite simple: the demand for water from environmental, agricultural and urban users is much greater than the supply of water. And it's a situation made more stark as California faces an historic drought.
How do we get California's water numbers to balance now and in the future? We'll ask Ellen Hanak, the director of the Water Policy Center and a senior fellow with the Public Policy Institute of California.
