The Nuggets (44-25, third in West) are coming off a road win Monday against Golden State, while the Lakers (42-25, fourth in West) disposed of the Spurs in Los Angeles.
The Lakers will again be without LeBron James, who is still nursing a groin injury. Denver enters Wednesday's tilt as a 2.5-point road favorite, with the game total set at 233.5 points.
